		<description>Hi guys,
First time i ever bought anything like this online and it certainly will be my last.

They so easily took my life savings out of a poor uni student (meant for my wedding mind you) Promised faithfully about the refund. I checked carefully (well apparently) that the refund included the WHOLE AMOUNT and now they try to tell me that it is for set up costs only (ie AU$244 instead of the $4000 they got out of me!) I have also put in a claim with my bank, however they didn&#039;t tell ME it had instant approval. they did the 30-40 days thing. I cried all the way through the conversation and i don&#039;t think they could have understood a thing at all.

I am very glad that i pushed the point of asking about the whole refund in the phone conversation, but the guy just waltzed over it. At least they HAVE broken a verbal contract with me... they TOLD me (even if it was by not declaring) that i would get it all back. I BELIEVED that i would get all my money back and apparently that was never the case. --&gt; they are a fault for false product disclosure.

anyway i have also put in a claim with the visa department claiming product not as described (lied about refund) and pushy sales staff. So i shall keep you all posted as to how i get on.

i have had good luck with VISA before with a removal company that never showed up and still charged us for the consultation fee we just got the money back no problems...

I have not as yet spoken to anyone in authority at OHN and am considering blanking their calls to avoid any unnecessary stress to myself as i have exams all week and lost a day today in floods of tears. seriously the funny side is that Kleenex tissue have made a PACKET our of me... i have actually gone through TWO WHOLE BOXES OF TISSUES today...lol

i have my first &quot;training&quot; session in about 12 hours and i&#039;m not sure what to do.

Oh i also canceled my CC

keep fighting everyone! call your bank call the CC company even go to the police station if you think you have been had!!
