FBStarter.com Facebook virus phishing scam! Don’t click on it!

by on April 30, 2009

facebook-logoLooks like there is another phishing attack (not to be confused with fishing attack, which is when fish attack you while fishing), where scammers try to get access to your Facebook page by redirecting you to a fake login site made to look like the Facebook login site.

You enter your information in, and the scammers have access to your account and automatically spam all your friends with a fake message telling them to click on a link to FBStarter.com, enter in their login info and thus spread it even further.

Click Here to Share this on Facebook and warn your friends not to be caught by posting this to your wall.

You have to be kidding, telling us to “click here” even if your site is legit
